About us:
"We Outchea" were formed in March '14 by our leader D.Rolle. We are a laid back, family orientated team that strives for success and progression.
The Clan prides ourselves in our desire to help our clan progress by providing tips on strategy, base designs, and high level donations. In our clan progress and participation is key.
Guidelines:
The guidelines for the clan are simple, we do not allow offensive language or behavior and you must donate and request donations often. (Be specific in your troop request, but be polite)
We conduct a Clan War twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday. Participation in the Clan War is required. Though, if you are unable to participate in a war, we ask that you inform the clan leadership prior to the start of the war. Clan War troop clan castle donations are made by our leaders, so please do not donate war troops unless asked.
Promotions:
Promotions are given as earned and we do not give unearned promotions. There is no scale to earn promotions but by loyalty, donations, knowledge, game time and willingness to help is how we gage who we will promote.
