I email super cell but...

So I emailed supercell about the bullying accident and i haven't gotten a reply yet?

Imagine how many people play this game. They probably have tons of emails like this, so expect it to take a while.

Yeah. There are a ton of people that send emails, and a lot spam to make it go faster(Doesn't work and don't do this)
