X-Bows vs CC: Which Would you Rather Do?

Imagine this, a fresh TH9 with 6mil gold to spend. Do you pick 2 x bows? Or the CC straight away? Or do you spend it on something else? Post you reason why.

Also please I did think about this when I put this thread in general, so please no "Wrong sub-forum" blathering. Put it here because it's not strategic, just wondering how people stand on this. My clan mates think that the double x bows is the way to go. I think CC since its useful on offense and defense and offense is better than defense. So I go with CC :).

The two xbows will provide a better defence than simply upgrading the clan castle, but definitely save that for the next upgrade.

i'd build the x-bows then right after that up the CC. Huge impact on defense, but not as big as the x-bows.

X-Bows, but CC should be your next priority after that.
