Is it just me or is finding cities fat with resources to plunder next to impossible since the last update?
Nope the loot got better, lot's of threads about this - credit to Dahami who noticed it in the files.
There's now 10% loot penalty for 1 town hall level lower now. That may be why you're not getting very much loot.
Where are the posts about it? So I'm just crazy cause I have been spending around 30k gold to find cities that barely have 100k gold or elixir to loot! My TH is lvl9 n I'm a trophy dumperQuote:

it's really hard to find - you have to type "loot" into the litte search button at the top and press enter.
