Should I upgrade to TH 10?

Hey guys I am at a crossroads here. I am unsure if I should upgrade to Town Hall 10. Here is what I have upgraded so far in my TH9 village:

Cannons: 2x level 9 3x level 10
Archer Tower: 3x level 8 3x level 9
Walls: 117x level 6 133x level 7
Wizard Tower: 4x Level 6
Air defense: 4x level 4
Mortar: 3x level 7
Clan castle: level 5
Hidden Tesla: 4x level 5
X-Bow: 2x level 3
Dark Elixir Drill: 2x level 6
King/Queen: each level 7
Dark Barracks and Barracks are at the top level

I have all my troops and spells upgraded to the max for a level 7 lab with the exception of the jump spell and Valk. Everything else is either at the max or in need of a level 8 lab. Some of my defenses and walls are not considered TH10 worthy but I can use the extra level in army camps and the higher level troops along with the extra spell. I do not plan on upgrading or building a defense at TH10 until the rest are upgraded. Not sure if I should wait a bit or go for it. The loot bonus does not affect me as I farm with barbs/wb/gobs.

If you think I am not ready for a TH10 upgrade please advise as to when would be a good goal to reach.

I would max my cannons and wizard towers, get all your walls to 7. 8 is even better

No you shouldn't upgrade to th10.

My guess is you're going to anyways since you are no where near maxing th9 and are already thinking about upgrading. If you do upgrade you should build the inferno towers as quickly as you can. Always add new defenses before upgrading existing defenses.

With loot being so much worse for TH10s I would say max all buildings.
At the VERY least, they should all be one level from the max for a TH9.
And L7 walls. Pink walls for a TH10 is laughable.
