Because at least the training time for loons is long, which isn't the case for hogs.
They should maybe equal the training time cause hogs destroy every defence way faster than loons but only take 2 minutes to train!

We are now leveling hogs for wars because quite simply, they are just the best for TH8/9 3*. Most of our guys have leveled Baloonions for T pushes because its much more economical than hogs. But for wars its all about leaving pig poop all over the oppositions bases. We learned this the hard way last war. The smoke was not smoke coming off the destoyed bases, it was the stinky stench left by all hog armies :rolleyes:
I really dont understand why walls are counted in defense match making score though. All hogs (which jump them) or all air (which fly over them) are BY FAR the best and most used War setups, so who cares if the walls are lvl8/9/10.
Hogs may have cost a lot of DE but they always made it back in attacks.
Wanna use Hogs at higher levels... look for spaces. See very little, you are more then good to go. Have your freeze spell and heal spell maxed.

Hogs need a longer training time.
Hogs require 3 or 4 heal spells to work effectively, there is no need to increase the training time.
