I first posted a help request almost three weeks ago, and have not heard back besides the email they send saying that my request has been received. I have since sent in two more requests and neither of them have been responded to as well. Anyone else having any luck with support?

Sending more requests for help won't do anything, they'd go back even further from your first one,
SC will eventually respond, If they haven't responded in the next 3 weeks, Please send another one.
