Are the balloons/minions really that good against a th10? i mean with balloons i easy detroy an th9

If you are serious about raiding with balloons get the minions to level 5. This will give you better raiding range and is still cost effective from DE point of view. Then continuous hero upgrades, then hogs last when you have lots of DE to burn because learning to hog effectively against high level bases is going to cost you many failed raids. Nothing makes me happier than seeing 30 hogs vaporized from a poorly executed raid on my base. Same hog troop composition from a skilled raider will crush my base. Lesson, till you have had some practice raiding with piggies and have dark elixer to burn L5 minis are a sound investment and will help you recover more de from raiding, IMO.

How about a spelling course;) just kidding. I would go with hogs. I have both at level 5 and if I had to say which I am happier to have, I would recommend hogs.
Yeah i havent made my choise yet haha. Got lvl 6 loons also with the minions.. at this moment i attack with minions and loonsQuote:
