My proposition is to make visitors sell something.
For example, let some visitor once of twice a day to propose to buy some rare items (like jelly beans, many sugars, chockolate, lollipop etc.) Let them to sell these items for higher price, I am sure many players would buy them anyway.
Cause there is no other way (except cooking, what takes a lot of time) to get them.
