Then they increased the loot cap which made the whole community freak out so everybody started dumping all their loot on walls.
Nothing has changed since then and nothing will. People will continue doing this, which is logical. Why would U keep any loot in storage and giving other players the chance of taking 400k when U can use it for walls by keeping one builder free?
Only solution is not pushing back inactives anymore or injecting a lot of new loot (new collector level or something else).
They tried to inject more gold via the Clan War bonuses but this seems to work contraproductive so far. (more people playing/ returning because of CW --> less inactives and available bases).
