I was once leader of 4 great clans 2 were destroyed by this guy Mr. Rabbit he keeps stalking me and has threatened me before his clan is Fluffy Bunny with 49 members and black flag i cant send anyone from my clans he has snapshots of our clans plz someone go there and cuss and cause chaos this guy has caused me so much grief he is the crystal 1 guy in that clan

I'm sure you can avoid them. Completely start a new clan with no people that you know. I hope you don't have them added on Game Center? If they are added on your Game Center, try and just have a mature conversation with the dude causing this.
