Hi, unfortunately you do not meet the requirements go Wolf's Law (level 75+) I'm not sure if I edited on the OP yet, but those are the changd. 2.0 just recently also bumped the requirements to 60+ so you are eligible for 2.0. If you don't mind that is, you can go ahead and request to join @ 2.0. :)
