I'm TH-7 with 1 level 9 barracks, 1 level 8 barracks, and 2 level 7 barracks. Should I upgrade the two level 7's to level 8 next or push the 8 to a 9? Thanks

I'm town hall nine and have 1 barrack level 10 and three barrack level 8. Works fine for me.
I would probably do the 8 to 9. Then you can train two dragons at once. I'll actually be in your same situation in a couple days when my 7 gets done upgrading to an 8, so I'll be interested to see what other people say about this as well.
