Pretty much their is a pause button on buildings so instead of canceling it just pause it witch frees up the builder and then you can go and continue buliding from same place i know spercell wont like this because they get less gems but its just fair and common decency to have a pause button

I'm sorry, But it was your fault for not having enough builders, spending it on the wrong thing, and a matter of fact, Can even be abused, which would lead it to it being ruled out, Why?
Because you can spend on anything, Then pause it, and then upgrade another thing, pause it, basically like hiding your resources. So I'm going to take a wild guess this will be ruled out, so you won't be seeing it bud.
