i like the overall design but here are some tips:D
dont put that little compartment at the bottom because if i were attacking you it would be so easy to get in here
Do put you clan castle in the centre so the troops can't be taken out easily
first upgrade your mortars then wiz towers and air defence and then teslas then archer towers and cannons
tomorrow ill give you a pic of my base and you can make something like it

I would switch your air defenses with your wizard towers if you are currently using the setup from your top picture
