Absolutely anyone can join. Just starting out as a clan but have been playing for a while. No town hall level required. No troop level required. No trophy level required. Just be an active player and donate lots. Leader is th8 with level 5 troops. Coleader is th7 with level 3 and 4 troops. Looking to get into clan wars as soon as we have enough members.
