Recently, My clan on 45 members got griefed by a random crystal guy. I have this idea to stop all the griefing. If the co-leaders and elders only could kick 1 or 2 members per day, it world bedre almost impossible to be a griefer anymore.

Then don't give people free elder or co. You need to trust them.
Crystal league doesnt mean that they are a god and you should give them Co or elder, you know who's fault it is? YOURS!
