Clan Wars "Idle Clan Member" Feature

We're getting a lot of people mad by kicking out the occassional players who log on a few times a week and don't see when the next clan war is going to be. I'd really like a feature where we can mark someone as a spectator instead of having to kick them and have the clan matching go through without counting them. Ditto those who are very active and happen to be out of town or without internet access for a weekend.

We're going to lose some good people who only play half the week. They still play CoC. We don't want to lose them!
