Bit of Help Please!

Hi, my friend and I have been playing Clash of Clans for a while now. We have stayed roughly the same level throughout, but recently he attacked me. I can't think of an attack strategy to 2 - 3 star his base. I have 200 army camp space and:
Level 5 barbs
Level 5 archers
Level 4 goblins (don't really use them)
Level 5 Giants
Level 5 WBs
Level 5 balloons
Level 5 wizards
Level 3 healers
Level 3 dragons
Level 1 PEKKAs
Level 3 minions
Level 2 hogs
Level 1 valkyries
0 gollems
0 witches
Level 4 lightning
Level 3 heal
Level 3 rage
0 jump
0 freeze

His base is pictured below, can you please give any ideas as to how to beat him. Otherwise the bragging won't stop. :( If you think his troops are way better than mine, he spends his time on troops, I spend mine on defences.

You cant take him on just zap his de when he gets a suitable amount and kill his heroes and clan castle but dont give him a shield
