Looking for fair members!

We are looking for fair, and active members.

That is because:
-We want to improve our clan.
-We want to make the clan fair.

Well, how do we make it fair?
-Everyone in the clan can request for a change in the description/rules.
-Everyone in the clan can request for a demotion/promotion of someone else. (Not for Yourself)
-You can also request someone to get kicked out. (At least 3 people).

This will make it fair, because:
-You can have a power over co leaders.
-You can always ask to change the description/rules, if it doesn't look fair to you.
-Everyone always have the chance of getting promoted/demoted.
