Are gemboxes still spawning?

How do we harvest the gems in the gem box?

I got another one earlier. It was the third or fourth gembox for me.

Does every gem box only contains max of 25 gems?

I finally got my first one this morning. Of course all of my builders are busy. I think I read that the quicker you remove them the better.
