You could probably send requests, and send gold, elexer, and gems just as you do with donating troops. And you could also send them in the way of clan battles during clan wars, just tap on a person's village that has; donate ontop of it, and give the option to donate both troops and elexer, to both help grow and create more troops for the clan.
People should have to read the stickies and answer questions related to them before being allowed to post..
This idea is often requested, but it has been ruled out by SC. Check out the stickies, please. This is not going to happen.
