Notification of clan war

I really like the clan wars and glad only the leader and co-leaders can start a war. However, it would be nice to know who started the war. I play another game that when a war is declared, we receive a notification/alert that..."(insert name of faction member) has declared war". This is very effective in helping the leaders control when a war is declared because it makes the members accountable and when war is randomly declared, disciplinary action (removal or demotion) can be taken.
