I had a look at my donations and then donated to a few war villages and noticed that my XP, donations per season and my overall donations did not increase. Donating to a war village still counts as donating so the donations stats should increase IMO.
Is there a reason for this or is it a bug.
So people don't give you 5 lvl 3 giants in your war cc

+1 that having these count as donations is a terrible idea. The kind of person that is really needy to have these count as donations is the same type of person that would dump giants in everyone's cc. Anyone that isn't giving exactly whats requested and max troops as that (at least max to the clan) is VERY selfish, and the recipe for a losing team in clan wars.
As you guys said above that is a good reason however similarly some people won't donate at all because they don't get any xp or donation points.
IMO the perfect solution is to have the the name of the person next to the troops they donated, that way the people that donate giants will get caught by the clan and kicked. In return allow xp and donations points for donating in war CC.
Dumping WCC troops will come in the future. When that comes WCC should be counted as donations imo to avoid all that mess stated above.
It may be because you technically donate up to 50 copies of that troops. In a 50v50 your base can be attacked and defend 50 times...so you really aren't donate the actual troop.
Or it's because the war base isn't in the 'real game' so it doesn't go to a 'real base'.

Xp should definitely be given.
Even if you're in a good clan, what if someone is trying to get their donations up or to level up? They could give everyone lvl 6 giants. Even though they are lvl 6, you still wouldn't want giants in your war cc.Quote:
