Upgrading multiple walls at once (My fingers hurt)

The part I hate about getting a new town hall is upgrading a ton of walls at level.

This is not really an issue for town hall levels 1-5 since you don't have enough money storage. At least I do not remeber having a big issue with it till hitting town level six to level seven.

But upgrading 50 walls to level four really made my fingers hurt and annoy the heck out of me. I think I only spent like 200 000 doing that? I have 1.5 mil of gold left with no workers free because I simply got tired of tapping my phone to death. I was sitting on four million gold and elixir while I waited for my town hall to upgrade, I had pretty much max for a town hall seven minus a few final archer tower upgrades, even a level five king. So when I hit level eight I had a lot of upgrades to submit including making the new walls not useless. I know it will not be used all the time but I am sure transitioning to a new town hall people will like to have it.

I thought because you can select a row of walls, you could upgrade the entire row of walls. I was actally shocked to find out it was not in the game already from having the ability to select rows of walls to rotate them.

+1 This would help allot. I constantly upgrade my walls, Allot of people would befit of this. :)

Lol thanks for the support, when I was town hall six going into seven I thought this was a feture I was missing. global chat said it wasn't so i tapped away making them level 3. ( I think i only did 25 walls to level 3?) so it was not as bad as being town hall eight. Doing a new seven was more annoying, doing it now though really bothered me and I got tired of doing it.

While I do agree that upgrading walls may be tedious but keep in mind that the entire game interface is predicated on single item selection. Besides wanting a change do you have any insights for the dev team as to how you would like to see this feature implemented?

Easy... when you're given the option to select the entire row, in addition to the option of just rotating the walls, we should also be given the option to upgrade the walls too.

Must be nice to be able to upgrade more than three or four walls at a time... Haha. Just wait. When you get to lvl 7 walls that cost 200,000 gold apiece or lvl 8 walls that cost 500,000 apiece, you'll wish you could revisit that old pain. I believe this is why the development team hasn't created a more convenient solution to upgrading multiple walls. It becomes a null and void issue quite quickly in the game, even when considering that you get extra walls with each town hall level. I think Supercell's position is that it just doesn't create a big enough aggravation to warrant several hours of development team time and debugging.

It is a good idea, but I would rather see so many things added/fixed/improved over this issue.

I can move an entire line of walls, I should be able to upgrade that line of wall I selected. I might not be able do all 50 because the grid is not long enough but hitting upgrade 8 times is a LOT better compared to ... whatever the amount of tapping I did.. gaaaaa><

I guess I should been cleaer but I just assumed since you can select an entire line of walls, you could upgrade them all at once, so it would be on the lines of selecting an entire wall section. I can rotate a wall section, why can't I upgrade the entire section?

I was a max town hall seven, and stated it was from moving onto a level eight in my first post and that I sat on four million gold (cap for a town hall seven). With that said you could of infer I knew about those costs because of sitting on four million gold (meaning all the walls be capped if I am holding on a large amount like that) I am well aware of those costs. I had enough money to go from level 1 to level 5 maybe? or at least level five some of them? I have no idea because i got tired. ) Opps ok I did not realize I have not said it in this thread just others, so sorry for having this tone, but you had one too? But saying I had 1.5 million left after upgrading 50 walls to level four does suggest I have a lot of money. I have no reason to upgrade level seven walls to level eight when it is more befit to upgrade the new ones to level five or six first. (I had 1.5 million gold left after submitting the clan castle upgrade and walls and around the same for elixir from submitting the lab upgrade and dark storage. So ya I was doing a lot of tapping >< lol)

But every time you get a new town hall you have a lot of level 1 walls to upgrade, this fits those situations, I should not have my fingers hurting playing the game. To me that "Fix" because of the "real world" effect should take more importance over anything else.

Thanks for the support and the welcome :3 I was not sure if it was suggested or if I had to search. I felt if it was brought up before it would have strong backing and be in the game already (since you can select a line of walls to begin with) Just seems a bit.. um.. obvious.. to me..

Yeah...once they start costing a lot more, like 500k+ it becomes meaningless.

And I could see people complaining about accidentally spending 8 mil on upgrading 2 level 11 walls when they only wanted one.
