Forgive me for stating the obvious, but if your pre-clan wars strategy isn't working perhaps you should find a new strategy.
As a TH7 I too have found that there are less easy farming loots to be had. However, a change in strategy and I still pull in 2 million in a raiding session (1-2 hours, non-boosted).
All the loot is now in storages, look there for your easy raids.

What are you kidding ? I still find collector raids here and there, and now there're addition of villages with war base design, very accessible exposed storages, sometimes with lootable castle too !
