Items disappearing

1 screw has disappeared. I don't like it because I was helping my friend to upgrade his silo

I was saving up vouchers for a palomino horse and I had 8 pink and 5 orange vouchers. Now suddenly I only have 2 pink and 4 orange. And no I didn't buy anything else with the vouchers because I was specifically saving them to get the horse.

That's ok I earned enough screws to upgrade his silo but please return the screw for my silo

Okay this is no longer amusing. Since my post yesterday I am now down to zero pink vouchers down from the 4 I had.
Once again I did not use them to purchase anything.

How is this possible? It must be a glitch and it needs to be fixed

Items should not just disappear. If you are sure that you didn't spend the vouchers or use or sell the hardware, please place an in-game Support ticket by tapping on the cog icon in the upper corner of the gaming screen and follow the prompts to Report a Problem.

Hopefully, Support will be able to track what happened to the items and vouchers. Unfortunately, it will take some time for them to get back to you. However, if there is a problem, the more data they get through these reports, the better and more quickly they'll be able to solve the issue.

Often, this is due to the internet connection to the servers losing strength or dropping completely before the transaction can be completed so the item is harvested or bought but the signal never completes to add the item to the barn.

As for the missing vouchers, please check again that you didn't accidentally buy anything that may be in storage so you don't see it. It's always best to double check before placing the report.
