I only have barbs and arch lvl5 and wb in the lab to lvl5. I upgraded my farming troops first, so don't judge :P

It all depends on the enemy's base
get wizard lv.5 first...
then upgrade your dark barrack to lv.4
therefore you will able to use GoWiPe
if you have TH9/TH10 clanmates you can ask for witch in CC and go with GoWiWi
3 star every TH8
2 star every TH9
you can also try Valkyrie-Wizard, I heard it's very powerful as well...
