Do you mind if i add a little tweak? How about once 75% the players in the clan hit a button on the war map that reads IM READY! then your clan prepared number goes up once your numbers are both at 75% then the clan leader can hit the prepared button. If there are inactives then thats the leaders fault for not replacing them.

I know that waiting for 24 hours can be frustrating when you've got a smallish clan where everyone is in the same time zone and can get prepared quickly and they're all keen to get to war! But you might find that very often the clan you're up against isn't in that position and wants to use the full 24 hours anyway, so you're no better off.

The real negative to this idea is that SC may only want the resource awards available on a 2 day cycle. If so, this means they would have to introduce a delay before you could match again. Doing that, tho, would kind of make the idea pointless.
My TH lives outside. I put it in a few minutes before the start of a war and once the war has started it goes back out. For that, i need to know in advance when the war will start. Other people have mentionned the necessity of scouting, preparation and army buildup. I totally agree with them.
Although this is a great idea, but not all clans have 100% communication with all their members. I say just wait out the 24 hours to be sure your entire clan is ready. This way the Leader doesn't set the clan to "Prepared" and a few members actually aren't prepared.
Better safe that sorry, right? I know a lot of people can be impatient, me included.
This idea may be great for some clans, but not for others. Just because 1 person (leader or not) thinks the clan is ready doesn't mean it really is. And just because 75% of the clan clicks the "I'm ready" button doesn't mean the other 25% is. Say you're in a 50v50 war and 35 of the 50 people click in ready and the war day starts. Guess what? The other 15 members may be asleep with their TH outside their walls. This would put your clan at a serious disadvantage on war day because you'd be giving up so many free stars.
Just because you're impatient and want to have constant war days with no prep days doesn't mean its good overall for the game or community. Overall it sounds nice but it's a bad idea.

The problem with 75% of the clan saying their ready is that 75% of the clan isn't ready even with the 24 hr cooldown. That's why in my opinion, it doesn't matter what the clan says, if the leader is wise (or dumb:p) to think everybody is ready, he would say the clan is ready.
