Today we have entered a 35 v 35 and I noticed how much more we were out powered. Nothing but TH9 and 10's while we have well over 12 TH 8's.. I scrolled down to thier bottom 4 and notice they were all TH 7's with no Hero's.. LvL 40's hanging with lvl 80's and above. 3 of the 4 were elders. Not sure if this is abuse of the match making mechanics or a good strategy but I am sure this will be a new trend soon with many clans.
great theory... or maybe there not douches and let their real life friends into their clan... or people they meet on global...
To add to this.. It's gimping really to roll in with all high levels if you only care about getting a Win.. If you have TH 4 and 5's in clan who no what they are doing.. Why face another clan with all high levels when you can roll with 3 or 4 low TH's players to get a easier battle. Have the low levels pick off the one or 2 TH's that are probably left out

Why is it so strange to have a clan with a mix? Not saying they may not be trying to abuse the system, but chances are if this is their strategy it is not going to work very well due to the matchmaking. We have everything from maxed TH10 down to new TH5 and we have fun during our wars. The matches have worked out ok thus far.

The point of this thread is to understand why we drew a tough battle like so many other also have came to these forums and stated. It's clan who carry higher levels and a few lower levels they are likely going against. Intentional or notQuote:

- Unfair/unbalanced matchmaking: We will definitely improve matchmaking going forward to make sure clans are more evenly matched. It is actually not so good to cw with a mix of big differences in levels in clan.
Imagine two clans
One clan is all 8,8,8,8,8,8,8,8
Other clan is 10,10,10,1,1,1,1,1,
The first clan will easy get 15 stars by attacking the newbies at bottom of second clan.
The second clan can only get 9 stars,
Provided the better players all able to 3 stars the enemies which are mid range.
Your clan lost due to your players being greedy and attacking the 10s instead of the 1s.

your wrong, in the situation you have described the first clan can only get 15 stars as they are unlikely to be able to beat the th 10, the second clan can get 18 stars as each of the th 10 will easily be able to attack the th 8 for 3 stars, they will be able to attack 6 of them as they each get 2 attacks. You obviously have no clue what you are talking about because the 10,10,10,1,1,1,1,1 would easily win the war, and thats with most of their members being TH 1. Imagine how much they would win by if they were mostly TH 10 and only a few TH 1 like the situation originally described.Quote:

In the case if double attacks
First clan gets 18 stars from attacking lower bases
Second clan gets 12 stars from the 10s double attacks on 4 8s.
Of course I wouldn't have needed to explain but just cos you are simple, this is obviously assuming the 8s doesn't overlap attacks and the 10s do get 3 stars every attack. Damn I hate talking to arrogant noobs like you who can't think and work your brain muscles a bit.
MY clan Buffalo Raiders has everything from th6-th10 and we are matched quite evenly with others. You have to keep in mind that if you have lower leveled people your warring with, then you will win less of a loot bonus.
I can see some mischief going on by manipulating your lower level guys. In our current match up they got 1 guy with wood walls, no mortars, 1 air defense AND lvl 40 heros! Rest of his defenses are maxed. Sure we two star him with max drags, but he pulled out a 2 star and 3 star attack! They also had a weak th9.Quote:

Seems like match making gets off at th10. There is a lot of variability there.
Edit: I don't think they deliberately did that. Just that match making can cause strange matched if their is a lot of variability in the clan.

I'm sorry. Not saying u in particular btw but ur clans were known to b modders yet u guys didnt care n continued modding gaining major advantages over others. N now u r yelling unfair how we get these matchups? Welcome to how other clans felt when ur clans were modding against them. Sucks huh? But this time it is legal n legit. Dang that karma coming back n chomping eh? Now all the ex modders can get a taste of how it felt when game isnt being played fairly. Hope all ex modders can now get better idea of y modding was hated so much (btw engineering is nowhere near as bad as modding. Just using example) note: once again not u in particular as I dont know u to accuse u of such a thing but u gotta admit ur clans were known to mod with proofs out there. Js.
