Since the update, has anyone NOT receive a gem box?

I haven't received a single gem box and have been thinking if it's some kind of bug. If so please fix it becuz I could really use a gem box

Never had one also ...

I havent got one yet /;/ and i have 5 accounts that have the space /;/

I clear every obstacle in my base and I already had my 2nd box yesterday.
