Lost my village and support pls !!

Hi there. Make a stupid misstake.

4 days ago i fail deinstall my coc :((( was loged in with facebook but dont with google ... okay in panic i log in in the account from my little brother and loged in there with facebook nothing happen :((( my google account is connected with my bros account.
I write 3 tickets After. In panic^^ in the tickets are screenshoots and paybill from google playstore.

Ingame name; Böcki
Town hall lvl 7
Ingame lvl 60

Help pls :)

I have the same problem and my ticket is almost 3,000,000

Hey there its now more than 2 weaks ago that i contact the support with 3 tickets.. whates the matter ? Cant/wont help ?

2 weeks ago the numbers are taken and 3 days before i start the forum posts i write the tickets..
