How do you 3star bases that utilize compartments and funneling at th7 ? Esprcially when two air defenses are in the middle compartmented
All dragons + rage. Deploy in one massive concentrated wave...drop rages to kill the air def quicker, or to get them to the air def quicker. Primary focus would be to attack bases with weak air def, and/or have 250k of elix available. with practice and experience you will be able to estimate the # of dragons and # of rages needed to wipe the base out. ie - you don't need to expend everything, ever time.
I dont have dragons or rage spells, so what can i do because its hard to 3star ppl my level and we have clan wars almost every 3 days
Simply put, you don't, then. Without Dragons or Rage you really won't 3 star anyone TH 7 or above. I don't think I once got 3 starred by a TH 7 when I was a TH 7.Quote:

Yep...and whatever you do, don't jump to TH8 before ALL (or damn near all) of your troops/spells are maxed. It'll only get worse and worse at each TH upgrade if you're troops/spells don't keep up.Quote:

I use a few minions in almost every attack, and maxed minions are very useful for balloonion attacks (great for trophy pushing).
I use Rage spells for balloonion and dragon attacks, as well as once in maybe 5-10 farming attacks when I need that extra push to get a DE storage or something.
But again, this is just my experience that I find these three upgrades worth taking the time to max out because to me, they are very important.
In clan wars im getting most of the times 3 stars vs town hall 7's ( im also th 7), with the balloon (lvl 3) and rage spell strategy. I also got in my first war 3 stars with giants, but you really need to use quite a lot of them then with healing spells if its a well set base. Anyways i would recommend you to upgrade factory and use balloons instead dragons.
I just finished TH8 build. Before beginning the build, I max'd all but DE.verything, including storage. With elixir and mines max'd, I almost would break even after being wiped by TH9s. Now with the new TH8, I'm having happy feet having a few million in gold and elixir to start the research lab, upgrade mortars, build up walls, and upgrade the important new stuff. Max all before you even begin the TH8 build. I took thaadvice, and now I'm livin' the dream ...
