Ally, dont you think we should make the clan at least lvl 80+? Just to be fair to each other and almost all us are high leveled. And maybe at least must have lvl 5 troops..?

Sure you can join! Depending on an elitist clan or two clans....

You can definitely join if we are making two clans but you may be able to squeeze into the elitist clan as you are fairly advanced;):cool:
