Accidently Lost My Farm

Hallo, my Name is Olyvia. i have played hayday until i reached level 31 and at first all of my facebook friend get lost :( secondly, i tried to connect to facebook but it wont be able, it just said "is connecting" but the grey button of facebook icon never dissapear.after that, my HayDay get legh so i uninsttal it, after thet BOOM, my level get back to 1 and sadly i still cant connect to my facebook friend. please help me to pass through this problem. You can recover your farm if you have connected to Google+, Facebook.
Follow the steps mentioned in stickys to get it back.

If you did not connect anywhere, alas! you lost your farm

I lost my farm 2 days ago, my farm's level 49 but when i sign in to Facebook and G+ it's back to level 1. Anyone please help me :( I'm really disappointed now :(

i am asking on behalf of my friend in hayday

Her tablet just spoilt 1 week ago. Her farm previously is connected only to facebook and not google+.

Now with her new tablet, she never download facebook app and straightaway download and install hayday. She enter the game and under setting, she tapped 'connect to facebook and a message prompt her to confirm. She confirmed and the farm does not change to her existing farm (level 50++) and instead, still the level 3 farm.

Right after she tap connect to facebook, she automatically login to facebook through internet explorer.

From my side: Previously,she was in my friend list, and now she disappeared from that list. I can still see and enter her farm through the neighborhood list though. Just that, there is no display picture of her anymore

Just wonder what is happening and can anyone help to resolve the issue

I decided to restart my cellphone, when I go ahead and download hay day I think I just log on facebook and I cant play my farm. Please help me

I am connected to facebook before my game was reset sir :( but right now after i uninstall hayday, i cant connect to facebook. It turns blue after i click on facebook icon, not grey which mean it not loading

Is there some suggestion?

I realize that i have sent an incorrect report because i choose report and problem not lost farm, so i resent a new request and got a new ticket number : #3044589

Is there something else i can do ?

Facebook is not a reliable anchor to link your farm. It can be used to save game progress and connect with friends to play Hay Day together but does not "store" your farm.

You can remove the HD from your device, sign out of fb, sign back into fb under the SAME account as was originally linked to your farm, reinstall HD, and (while signed into the proper fb account), open HD.

If this is not successful then you'll have to place a Lost Farm ticket with Technical Support by (through the game you DO have available), tap on the cog icon in the upper corner of the gaming screen and following the prompts to the Lost Farm ticket forum. Include all the requested info for BOTH the lost farm AND the one you have available.

Do NOT delete any of the prewritten text as Support requires that device/player information. You'll receive an auto reply with a ticket/case number. Hold onto this.

After that, all you can do is wait...and wait. There is a long line that you'll be waiting in for your turn. Once they reach your ticket, they may contact you if they require more information. Then, you wait some more. I'm afraid that it does take a long time, several weeks or more in many cases.

Once you do get your farm restored, PLEASE take a few minutes out to create a Google+ account (if you don't already have one) and link your farm to that account.

For those of you who have already received a ticket number, all you can do now is be as patient as you possibly can be as there is nothing more to do except allow Support to do their jobs. Just wait, Jessie & Wayne ( from Supercell ) help me find out my farm :) even i wait about 2 weeks or more, they found my lovelyfarm :D

If you're already submit a ticket and got reply from any of the Admins they will A.S.A.P give back your account if they find it.
