I have no idea, even your walls would cost over $1000 dollars itself.

Walls alone are more like 5000$..
I've met people who have admitted that they've spent over 12k$ on their base.
How much you can spend on a base is difficult to say, it depends on your country, if you buy your gems directly for the building or if you fill up your storages and when you started maxing out.
It's safe to say that it's a whole lot of money atleast.
