I have someone in my clan with lvl 1 everything (barbs, walls etc.) But lvl 10 TH and an inferno tower!
I saw a gemmer base with lvl40 heroes, but lvl1 defenses mostly and max level archer tower, cannon and wizard tower. Lol poor guy
