With ALL the money Supercell is making from Clash of Clans they really should have enough Servers so to eliminate these super annoying "Maintenance Breaks" or drastically reduce the amount of time they last IMHO! :)

With the amount of money I spent in this game I'm quite irked that I can not play for this long
this was not announced, you didnt even tell us that we were having another maintenance break!!!
They blatantly need level 12 servers. Just hope they have enough gems to upgrade them or we could have a 21 day wait.
If I understand correctly, they still have to update their servers with the updates. It isn't strictly about number of servers.
Seriously, get over it.
Life will go on. They are obviously trying to fix a problem.
