New Troop Training Building Idea
Please read to the end. I know that it is a lot, but I really need some feedback. Thank you
***I know that the Dark Barracks isn't finished yet and that there are still more dark elixir troops planned to be released in the future, but I am still going to post this, just to see what kind of feedback that I get from others.
Name of Building (I will update this list if good ideas are given to me)

Obviously the appearance of this building would be different, depending on the name given to it. As I said before, I will gladly accept name suggestions.
In a nutshell, this building would train troops that are more animal like, and some will have special qualities, like dark elixir troops.
The troops trained here would vary between elixir units and dark elixir units. I think this would give lower leveled players a chance to get a taste of some special troops that really do have some amazing and cool attributes to them.
I'm a new poster and I'm not very familiar with how to balance stats so any assistance will be very much appreciated. I'm thinking that this building will have similar health and training capacity as a Dark Barracks has. The training capacity I'm not sure on, due to the fact that I haven't made a full troop roster for this building, and I don't know what the housing spaces for the units will be. Like I said, I'm not great at stat balancing, so I will have to leave that up to any body reading this.
Troops (Names can be changed if I feel that a suggestion better than mine)
Swarm
As the name implies, it is literally just a swarm of birds or bats (undecided) that fly around in a group attacking as one. The special thing about this unit though, is that each individual bird/bat is a separate unit, with it's own health and attack. All of them stay very packed together, like a cloud. As each one dies, the damage output of the overall swarm decreases, but they still continue attacking. Basically, defenses will just chip away at the swarm's overall health, until the last bird/bat is killed. Not quite sure how a wizard tower should affect this unit. Maybe it only affects a quarter of the birds/bats in the swarm? Not sure how to handle this.
For health I was thinking maybe somewhere around a barbarian for each bird/bat. That way, archer towers and wizard towers would still be able to take a swarm down quickly enough to avoid the unit being overpowered. And air defenses would be the number one defense against one, since it could one-hit every bird/bat.
For damage, maybe somewhere in between a goblin and barbarian. Like I said I'm not good with stats, so I'm not giving numbers, just rough estimations of where it might be.
For housing space either four or five was my idea of a good number. If this should be changed, please let me know.
Another unique thing about this unit is that when you upgrade it at the laboratory, it sometimes will increase the number of units in the swarm. I am not sure about how many should be in the swarm, so that is what you experienced stats people are for!
I know that this was a lot to read. Thank you for your time, and any feedback is appreciated. Let me know how good my idea is. More units may be coming soon, but for now, I will give your eyes a rest.
