clan wars is fun don't get me wrong but the strategy is just to beat up on the little guys. there should be a scaled reward system where if you can 3 star the best guy/girl in the other clan you get more than just 3 stars. while 3 starring the lowest member should have diminishing returns.
anyone else agree?
Our top guys don't hit the little guys because then there would be nothing left for our little guys!
Our top 25 hit theirs and our bottom 25 take care of the rest. Results in 100 stars and above per war.
How many stars are you getting out of interest?
There is also already the incentive of a bigger loot reward for attacking higher players.

It's fine as it is. Risk vs reward. If everyone hits the little bases, the Clan will lose, so there is balance & strategy.
Yet you implied there was no incentive at all for attacking higher players -- hence your title "No Incentive To Attack Higher Players in Clan Wars."
The higher loot is the incentive. If your guys are just attacking low players, they are missing out.
