Clan Strategy for Clan Wars, very frustrating

My clan is now 0-2 in clan wars. I've suggested numerous times that we need to change our strategy, yet no one agrees with me except 2 members. Here is what I've suggested to my clan (I'm just an elder FYI)

- move town hall to the middle, farm bases don't work in CW (my leader disagrees)
- upgrade our army camps, barracks, and troops (our defense isn't bad, but no one can 3 star a base besides me and my buddy)
- use attack strategies you know that work (clan leader told everyone to lightning spell the enemies CC, even if you can pull their troops out which IMO is much more cost effective than dropping 3 lightning spells on a CC)
- attack your recommended target first
- our 4th and 5th members should 3 star the enemies 7-10th members
- wall breakers are very effective when used correctly. Clan members keep sending in 12 giants to break down a lvl 5 wall...

we've lost both clan wars by a score of 18 - 19... I'm frustrated with the lack of strategy and skill, but don't want to bail on my teammates. I am tired of having potential loot at 375k and receiving only 60k.

So if you get paired up with my clan, congrats on the win ahead of time.

my advice to you...find a new clan.

Yup sounds like you need a new clan. Your leader sounds bonkers

your leader doesn't sound very shrewd in matters of attacking and he's not willing to listen to advice and learn...if you really want to help out your clan i suggest you give it another shot at trying to get your leader to listen but after that you'll simply be wasting your time...

you must be in a pretty weak clan...so i suggest you find a more experienced one

That's unfortunate for you. My clan has listened very well for the most part. We had a few who attacked a base that was already 3 starred (they got booted), but for most part we all have stuck to the plan and worked out strategies together. I would agree with some of the others here that if it keeps up you should think about moving to a new clan. Good luck!

LOL some of these comments are pretty funny. I would just leave. What use is being in a clan when the leader doesn't know what he/she is doing?

I'm going to give it 1 more shot. If the same thing happens... I'll definitely be looking for a new clan.

I'm currently lvl 60 with TH8.

Also forgot to mention that our leader refuses to send a message to everyone to NOT donate lvl 2 goblins/barbs to people's clan war bases. Doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings
