Top Clans in Clan Wars

We have all dreamed join one of the Top clans. But since Clan Wars now is released i think there will be a great idea to have a clan war list. Just like the other lists but, this is with number of wars won.
Every single clan have the chanse to lead this, since the to competing clans has similar quality. And as a little bonus gems are given to the clan with most wins in a certain timeframe.
Then the Clans will stick more togheter, lojality will grow stronger, and attacks and wars will be planned?

Yes to the list idea, not really interested in the gem idea.
