Organising everything is the key.

It's all about teamwork and communication.

Skill with attacking is needed, and for that you need experience. Also use strong layouts and donate high level troops to each other for defense.

This is good advice and for the most part how we did ours to.
We won our first war by 30 and are currently up by about 40 on our second war.

We found that your position on the map works out pretty well.
I noticed that the recommended opponent was pretty far off for most of our players.
I have second position in my clan and recommended is usually down to around 10th position of theirs.
Not really fair for them.

In the current battle our top 9 players have not even been attacked.
I even saw their top number one player attack our bottom place player to get 3 stars.
That left their bottom place player taking on several th's higher than them.

I also recommend that you fill everyone's clan castle with max defense troops. We had a few get bad troops and that doesn't help your defenses at all.

we change tactics every war and try to adapt it to the new challenge.
