Loot in the clan castle

hello,
I looked in several threads but could not find anything. How much can be raided from the loot stored in the clan castle?

is this additional loot to the storages (TH10 400k from storages + x loot from clan castle) or is the 400k loot from tH10 from the storages+clan castle?

People say 10% of the loot in clan castle in addition to the 400k from storages can be raided for TH10

ok thanks so it its better to take the loot to the storages if I have over 4 mio gold/elixir as it doesn't offer additional loot to the attacker

I've been raided with loot inside my cc, and only 5% disapeared, so in my opinion, it's best to keep it there... More can be taken from your storage, and in my village, cc is by far better protected than my storages + it gives me some additional storage space :-)
