One one iPhone the update appeared in the app store for DL, on my second one i had to look for the app, then there where it normally says open, it said update, for anyone that wants to force the DL.
Hmmmm I've just downloaded from the uk app store, you might want to close the app store app and then try again?
I don't think there are two apps To download they've changed the splash screen, that's not a bug fix...
