I farm in gold 1-2 - so think about it ur three stars no matter what troops i run - max heros gonna wipe u

You said you are having trouble even 1 star a TH9... I think you need to review your offense startegy. I can even 2 star some TH9 just by using BARCH and healing spells

If by any chance, your suggestion about more severe loot penalty for lower TH lv (50% for 1 lvl below) happens
There'd be many people complaining, as for now people already complaining that the loot is tighter the further you progress in the game

i didn't mean im having problems beating TH9s in general , i meant revenging those who attack me , in the last clan war i almost 3 starred the top player in the opposing clan if i had 2 more seconds !

im suggesting that either discourage semi maxed higher TH from attacking lower THs by increasing the loot penalty , or encouraging the lower THs to attack higher TH by bringing back the loot bonus , which was taken away in few updates ago

if i recall it right , the loot penalty is active starting from TH6 and up i think

Silver I is also full of TH7 players, which would be your usual meal of the day as a farming TH8.

sorry if i sounded a bit vague in the OP , im not new to TH8 , those kinds of attacks in lower gold are new to me :D
plus my TH was always in the corner since TH6
i will try your advise though , im not expecting to make alot in silver one , but at least i wont lose alot , i guess

IMO the punishment should me more severe for attacking lower THs , about 60%-50% for 1 lower TH and so on , i understand that TH7 with their army CANNOT 2 star my base , but i cant even 1 star the TH9s that are attacking me even with mass dragons , hogs .....anything

otherwise , why not giving the players the ability to gain more loot from attacking higher THs ? thy are risking revenge and losing cups , and it is not guaranteed to get even 1 star vs midcore higher TH


and before anyone start blindly flaming , im in low gold3 range , 1446 cups tp be exact , i dont even understand why many TH9s are getting really down there

I hear You ! I am TH9, crushed by TH10s, and my Alt is TH8 crushed by Th9s.
Unfortunately there isnt much you can do.

But this is how i do it.

Casual clashing is obsolete. You need sessions of play than one battle -logoff, one battle - logoff style of playing which i am used to.

On my TH8, I just login about 3-4 hrs hrs before upgrade completes, farm for next upgrade and loggoff. Everytime ensuring i dont have more than 600k Gold. That way with very little loss and also very little of farming to be done for next upgrade. I am now a maxed TH8 and lost very little of loot so far.
The difficult part was to do L6 Tesla(3 mil), where i did lose 270k + every 12 hrs. In the new CoC you need session of 2 hrs atleast to make up for it.

part of the game I'm afraid. Put your TH outside for free shields and try to play in stretches. Don't forget to pick on those juicy TH7's.

Use the loot of lose it & farm farm farm!!!

I suggest you go to gold 1-2 range and rely upon getting your town hall sniped all the time. There's no escaping TH 9 down to silver 2.

Myself is TH 9, Thought to hide in silver 1 while both my x-bows and 2 wizard towers are upgrading. Well, other TH 9 still found me there and gulping a couple gold storages all the time. Staying in gold 2 is better for me as my town hall get sniped soon as I log off.

you do relise that my trophies are 1.4k with maxed splash, 165 skulls and nearly maxed cannons and stuff right ?

since when did 1.4k trophies became so high for mid core TH8 ?

While your complaining about it being unfair, every player that has farmed, has has the same issue, i remeber when I was a fresh new player, and getting smashed by players more advacned than myself, now I'm a nere maxed TH10, it sucks I know, but sticking at it will then benifit yourself.

But if its such an issue i hope your not bullying anyone except th8's and higher, if your attacking th7's, then your doing the same thing!
