How to make a new account after we have already played with another accoun in a iPad

Me and my brother are having 1 iPad. My brother started playing COC about 3 months ago so I made another game store account using my apple id and logined to mine. After I logged into my account and closed COC double tapping the home button and restarted COC, it showed my brother's village and I'm not getting a level 1 account. Can you tell me what I should do?

Wipen the iPad clean completely and then Set up a new iTunes account. Make sure to back up your old Data first !

At iOS 7.xy go to Settings from your Ipad and look which Apple-ID is logging in to Gamecenter. Change the ID to the Account you want to log in.

This is wrong you dont need a new itunes account.

This is also wrong. You need to create a CoC village on a seperate decice first.

You need to back up the ipad and then remove CoC from the ipad (you can do this through itunes or a factory restore). Now login to GC with your account and install CoC.

You can then switch between villages my login into your seperate GC accounts. You will recieve a message when you open CoC where you have to type CONFIRM in order to switch village.
