Deleted villages?

If they never delete villages why hadn't my th 7 second account that i went inactive on for 4 months been raided for all that time?

They don't delete villages, they have confirmed that several time.
What they do is pushing back inactives in the queue so far they aren't raided anymore.
So deleting no, but the effect remains the same lol.

While storages have gone up, i and my clan are still hitting collectors non stop. They are there, if you can't find them, change your range.

As to inactives returning, we has one member who had become mostly inactive for almost two months. We were considering kicking him to make space when we were almost maxed. Instead, he became really active with Clan Wars. I do not think this is unusual.
