Deleted villages?

I've noticed that there is a lot less loot since the clan wars update. I farm full collectors and it seems to me that there have been a lot of villages deleted. What happened to the dead villages with full collectors?? This game has been a lot less fun since this change. I just spent 200k gold looking for a village to attack just to break down and attack a 100k village. I hope this is temporary but I'm guessing the clan wars loot that "comes from nowhere" is the deleted villages collectors being directed to clan wars. Please provide me with an answer.

I've noticed the same thing. And your explanation seems reasonable. The new update is cool and all but having no loot sucks. I'm a big farmer as well and I really hope they fix it.

One thing is for sure, finding a TH to snipe for free trophies is a thing of the past, everyone has their TH safely in the middle of their village;)

No villages are outright deleted ever.

What happens is after a while some villages slip farther down in matchmaking making them harder to find. If this weren't in place some trophy ranges would probably be half abandoned bases and everyone would be maxed in a few months.

Perhaps the new update brought many players that have quit back into the game AND other players decided to play more so they start to raid more (taking our precious resources).

There is less loot after every update.This one is more extreme due to the massive increase in activity. the servers can't even keep up with chat right now. I don't think anything has changed (inactive que) just the global coc economy being more active and using resources for negative value(resource) war.

Add in some of the higher level players dropping cups prior to update because they didn't read up on cw matchmaking and you get this. It is starting to correct itself but the first day of cw I'd get hit by th10's every time I logged off in silver 2.

The weekend after the biggest update ever is over. Hopefully this will let the mines and collectors fill up again. I know I can use it being the Clan Wars airhole I am, raging dragons are expensive yo!

Clan wars mean people using more resource intensive troops - so less loot around cus people are using it on their armies

Loot has been horrible for a very very long time....unless your th8 and below
