Every Clan has started small once - looking for members with a Vision

Hi dear forum

we are a small easy going clan, having had more members already we know that the fewer we are the less helpful we can be to each others.

currently we are in our 2nd clanwar, having won the first one even though 1/3 of our members were absent and did not participate !

we are looking to expand our numbers so we become more efficient.

i am aware that every one wants to join the Top shots, but consider this:
even they had to start small once.

so people with a Vision are needed!

Because we want to be a clan not with large but inefficient members but rather a few good people who can count on each other.

is there anyone out there sharing this belief who sticks to it even when times aren't rosy??
